project 365: week 50

March 10, 2010: Look at our cute little girl, Sophie.

March 11, 2010: One of our favorite spots is the Landsdowne Library. Not only does the library have a great children's section, but next door is also a park, complete with playground and duck pond. Bennet loves to read books, play on the playground and feed the ducks before heading home!

March 12, 2010: Since the weather has been so warm, we've been spending a lot of time playing outside. Bennet is too small to reach the sink to wash his hands afterward, so we went to Ikea to buy this step stool. He loves climbing all over it, and has much cleaner hands since its arrival!

March 13, 2010: We spent the morning at the Maryland Home and Garden Show. After grabbing lunch there, I bought Bennet a strawberry smoothie. He loved sharing it with me, having his very own straw!

March 14, 2010: Bennet helped me sweep up his mess after dinner.

March 15, 2010: Covered in green paint! At Half Pints at Whole Foods, we painted St. Patrick's Day treasure boxes and made Irish Soda Bread. Much to my dismay, I have been unable to get the green acrylic paint out of this shirt!

March 16, 2010: Bennet and I went to the Maryland Zoo for the first time since it opened for the season. It wasn't very crowded, and the animals were out and about, enjoying the sunshine. Here, Bennet gets up close and personal with a chimpanzee!
