project 365: week 91

December 22, 2010: Bennet loves showing Kennedy all of the animals in his Little People barn. Here, he played with her while we got everything packed up to head to the mall to see Santa!

December 23, 2010: Ashley came over for dinner, to open presents with the kids. Kennedy loved playing with the wrapping paper and boxes!

December 24, 2010: Bennet and I baked cookies for Santa on Christmas Eve, and he insisted on running his cool new "power saw" he got for Christmas through all of the flour and dough. I then had to wash it off, which unfortunately did something to the little motor in it and stopped it from making a saw sound. Poor Bennie.

December 25, 2010: Bennet did such a great job helping Kennedy open all of her Christmas presents. He opened each gift and told her what it was and later, played with them all with her. He is such a good big brother, and we are so lucky to have such sweet babies!

December 26, 2010: We started potty training after nap time today. We put Bennet in big kid underwear and told him, "No more diapers!" We really think he's ready to learn to use the potty and put his diaper days behind him!

December 27, 2010: Beanie is so funny at dinner time. She sits in her high chair, pulling on her feet and making all sorts of crazy noises. I've never seen a baby as happy and silly as she is all the time!

December 28, 2010: Bennet made it through an entire day without a potty "accident," so we celebrated by having lunch at McDonald's and letting him play in the play place. Then, Andrew shared a smoothie with him. He is doing such a great job with the potty - We're so proud of him!
