project 365: week 8

May 20, 2009: Since the City of Baltimore is tearing up Fort Avenue to replace the water pipes, the sidewalks are pretty difficult to push a stroller on! Bennet and I have been making up new routes to get around the city, taking side streets as much as possible to avoid all of the torn up sidewalks!

May 21, 2009: We went to Fuddrucker's for April's birthday dinner. Bennet ate an entire kid's meal on his own and drinks out of a straw now! My baby has become a toddler!

May 22, 2009: Andrew took the day off and we rode the free commuter water taxi over to Fells Point for breakfast. Then we walked back to Locust Point, stopping at the Science Center on the way. I love living in the city!

May 23, 2009: Pastor Cary's 50th Birthday Party! Bennet got in the pool for the first time this summer and loved it! He kept wanting Andrew and I to jump around with him and throw him up and down in the water. He's such a rowdy boy already!

May 24, 2009: After riding our bikes to church in the hot weather, Bennet and I played in his baby pool in the back yard before lunch to cool off!

May 25, 2009: Grandma and Mommom came over and we all went to dinner at the new barbecue restaurant in our neighborhood, Harbor Que. Dinner was delicious and Bennet loved getting to see his Grandma and Great-Grandma! Here he is walking with them, holding hands in the parking lot.

May 26, 2009: A rainy, rainy day. Bennet and I went to the mall to play at the play area and do some shopping. Better than sitting in the house all morning!

You certainly are on the go each day! Good for you. Etame also just started using a straw. Makes it so much easier when you forget the sippy cup. Another sign of toddler-hood.
