November 25, 2009: The wall is fixed! Andrew took a chip of paint to Ace Hardware and they matched it up for us! Thank goodness - the wall art is saved!
November 26, 2009: Happy Thanksgiving! Andrew and I cooked our first Thanksgiving dinner in our own home! My Aunt Kathy, cousin Lacey, Mom, Mommom and Uncle Phil came over to eat dinner with us.
November 27, 2009: As Andrew and I were working to decorate the Christmas tree, we heard some suspicious noises on the stairs. I was surprised to find that Bennet had opened the baby gate, climbed the stairs, and closed him in on the other side!
November 28, 2009: Bennet's best pal, Scarlett, turned three! She had a tea party to celebrate, and Bennet thoroughly enjoyed all of the snacks and birthday cake.
November 29, 2009: Stow away! As Daddy was packing his suitcase for his business trip, Bennet tried to sneak into his bags and come to Texas with him!
November 30, 2009: Bennet had been going on over a week with a pretty nasty cold, so we went to the pediatrician's office to have him checked out. She suggested giving him Kids Mucinex, which definitely helped! He escaped from the appointment with no shots and a lolly pop - he was a happy little man!
December 1, 2009: Since Andrew was out of town, Bennet and I met up with Gram & Mommom for dinner. Bennet was eager to take care of the bill when it came.
